 The epic "The Legend of Maula Jatt" by Bilal Lashari broke the previous record for a Punjabi-language film produced in Pakistan during its first weekend worldwide. On October 13, the action-fantasy film, which is a remake of the cult Punjabi classic Maula Jat from 1979 , was released. The Legend of Maula Jatt's weekend premiere surpassed box office records, as reported in a recent piece by Deadline. Just over $500,000 was made from the movie in Pakistan. It earned $355,000 across 79 locations in the United Kingdom , propelling it to No. 9 on the ranking. The movie made $290,000 and $235,000 , respectively, in the US and Canada , and $160,000 in Australia .   In a closely watched six-week trial that contained raw and graphic evidence and testimony revealing the former Hollywood couple's strained relationship, a US jury concluded on Wednesday that actress Amber Heard defamed ex-husband Johnny Depp. In several areas of Heard's counter-suit against Depp, the  Virginia jury  ruled in her favour.  Depp received  $15 million  in damages from Heard, according to the jury. Heard was given  $2 million in  damages by the panel.  Depp, the 58-year-old Pirates of the Caribbean star, sued Heard for $50 million, claiming that she defamed him in a newspaper opinion piece when she dubbed herself " a public figure symbolising domestic abuse. With its future software upgrades, iOS 16 and iPadOS 16 , Apple is slated to introduce a flurry of new changes to iPhones and iPads, which the firm is expected to reveal during its WWDC 2022 developer keynote on June 6.  According to Bloomberg, upgrades to the iPhone include notifications, messaging, and the Health app . Last year, Apple also offered new notification features, such as the ability to group them together into a summary at a specified time of day and a new Focus mode that limits the number of notifications you see at specific times. Monkeypox is a disease that has been around for a long time.   According to Dr. Aime Alongo, chairman of the Sankuru health division in Congo, the country has 465 confirmed instances of the sickness, making it one of the worst-affected in West and Central Africa, where the condition is widespread.   According to Dr. Alongo, the disease's persistence in Congo is linked to the ingestion of deceased monkeys and rats.  " The inhabitants go into the jungle and pick up the bodies of monkeys, bats, and rodents, which are the monkeypox reservoirs ," the official continued, advising anyone who have monkeypox symptoms to seek treatment at a health centre. At Apple's WWDC presentation next week, it's possible that significant modifications to the iOS lock screen could be announced. Bloomberg's Mark Grumman disclosed in the newest issue of his Power On newsletter that Apple has been working on a new always-on display capability for the iOS lock screen that could be exclusive to new iPhones releasing this Fall.   "Apple is contemplating big lock screen enhancements, including wallpapers with widget-like functionality," Gurman stated. "Furthermore, I'm told that iOS 16 includes future support for an always-on lock screen, which Apple had planned for the iPhone 13 last year."
